Refund policy
Overview
It is important to me that my pieces are loved by their new owners! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will gladly offer a refund. Simply contact me here and I will give you instructions for returning it.
You will need to return it at your own expense and I will not be able to refund shipping costs.
Damages
I take all care to package items so that they arrive in perfect condition. If there is any damage to the piece when you receive it, please let me know as soon as possible. I will be happy to offer you a replacement or a refund.
If you prefer to have the item replaced it may take some time to remake it, so I appreciate your patience.
Custom Orders
Generally I cannot offer a refund for custom orders, however this may vary depending on the item. If you are unhappy for any reason just get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Refunds
If your item is returned in its original condition I will issue a refund via whichever method you paid.
If you are returning a more expensive item, I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
